Admite ca fondate recursurile civile formulate de reclamantul P******** N******, de reclamanta Markovic Agena şi de către pârâtul P******** I**** împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 2114/26 iunie 2014 pronunţată de Judecătoria Petroşani, judeţul Hunedoara şi, în consecinţă:
Casează sentinţa atacată şi trimite cauza spre rejudecare aceleiaşi instanţe de fond.
Cheltuielile de judecată efectuate de părţi în ambele cicluri procesuale vor fi avute în vedere la soluţionarea fondului.
