Admite cererea
Admite acţiunea restrânsă. Obligă pârâta să plătească reclamanţilor premiul aferent trimestrelor II şi III ale anului 2013, reprezentând un procent de 15% din fondul de salarii. Obligă pârâta să plătească fiecărui reclamant câte 100 lei cheltuieli de judecată reprezentând onorariu avocat. Cu apel în 10 zile de la comunicare. Cererea se va depune la Tribunalul Prahova.
