Admite in parte cererea
Admite exceptia prescriptiei dreptului la actiune, pentru perioada 01.01.2010-06.10.2011 si in consecinta respinge aceasta cerere.
Admite în parte actiunea formulata de Uniunea Sindicatelor Libere din Învăţământul Preuniversitar Iaşi. Obliga parata sa plateasca reclamantilor dobanda legala aferenta drepturilor banesti conform sent. civ. nr. 2880/2011 pronuntata in dos. nr. 5743/99/2011 si sent. civ. nr. 989/2014 pronuntata in dos. nr. 11986/99/2013, incepand cu data de 07.10.2011 pana la data platii efective.
