Schimbat în parte

Admite apelurile declarate de pârâţii apelanţi Consiliul Judeţean Suceava şi Direcţia Generală de Asistenţă Socială şi Protecţia Copilului Suceava. Schimbă în parte sentinţa nr. 559 din 31 martie 2014 a Tribunalului Suceava, în sensul că respinge capătul de cerere vizând obligarea pârâţilor la plata către reclamanţii care au avut calitatea de asistenţi maternali în perioada 08.08.2010 – 31.12.2012 a indemnizaţiilor de concediu de odihnă neefectuat pentru perioada indicată, ca nefondat. Înlătură dispoziţia privind obligarea pârâţilor la plata către reprezentantul reclamanţilor, Sindicatul Pro-As Suceava, a cheltuielilor de judecată în sumă de 1.500 lei, reprezentând onorariu avocat. Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei care nu sunt contrare prezentei decizii. Respinge apelul declarat de reclamanţii apelanţi ca nefondat. Definitivă. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 24 septembrie 2014.
