Respinge cererea având ca obiect salalriul suplimentar şi ajutorul material de Crăciun aferente anului 2010, precum şi contravaloarea tichetelor de masă aferente perioadei 2.10.2010-31.12.2010, ca nefondată. Respinge cererea având ca obiect prima de vacanţă pentru anul 2010, calculată ca diferenţă între suma acordată şi cea rezultată în funcţie de salariul minim - clasa 1 de salarizare, ca prescrisă.
Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei apelate.
