Nefondat
Admite apelul declarat împotriva încheierii din 19.06.2013 a Tribunalului Bucureşti - Secţia a IV-a Civilă. Anulează încheierea şi respinge excepţia prescripţiei extinctive, ca nefondată. Respinge apelul declarat împotriva sentinţei civile nr.219/26.02.2014 a Tribunalului Bucureşti - Secţia a IV-a Civilă şi a încheierilor premergătoare, ca nefondat. Respinge cererile de intervenţie accesorie din apel, ca neîntemeiate. Obligă pe reclamanta-apelantă să plătească intimatei Uniunea Sindicală Sanitas Bucureşti suma de 2480 lei, cheltuieli de judecată (conform facturilor ataşate). Definitivă.
