Respingere recurs

Respinge ca nefondat recursul declarat de pârâta Cheşcheş Eleonora împotriva deciziei civile nr. 17/A/2015 pronunţată de Tribunalul Alba. Anuleazăm ca netimbrat recursul declarat de ăârâta Martin Reghina împotriva aceleiaşi decizii.

Repus pe rol

Repune cauza pe rol şi fixează termen de judecată la data de 2 iunie 2015, dat fiind faptul că din eroare în dosarul tribunalului a fost cusut recursul declarat de Cheşcheş Eleonora, acesta nefiind comunicat celorlalte părţi.
