Obligă pârâta la plata către fiecare dintre reclamanţi a dobânzii legale aferente drepturilor băneşti cuvenite acestora conform sentinţei civile nr.331/17 februarie 2012, pronunţată de Tribunalul Vâlcea în dosarul nr.548/90/2012, începând cu data formulării cererii în soluţionarea căreia a fost pronunţată sentinţa menţionată şi până la data plăţii efective.
Cu apel în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare, care se depune la Tribunalul Vâlcea.
