Respingere apel
Admite excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale active şi în consecinţă respinge apelul formulat de practicianul în insolvenţă RTZ & Partners SPRL în calitate de fost administrator judiciar al debitoarei SC Comat SA,împotriva sentinţei nr.1053/23.11.2015 pronunţată în dosarul Tribunalului Specializat Mureş nr. 1252/1371/2014.
Obligă apelanta la plata către creditor SC Micromega SRL a sumei de 500 lei reprezentând cheltuieli de judecată parţiale.
