Soluţionare
Respinge ca nefondat apelul declarat de inculpatul R******** I** G*******, fiul lui Ion şi Maria, născut la data de 08.12.1980 în comuna Fârtăţeşti, jud. Vâlcea, CNP *********3377, împotriva sentinţei penale nr. 449 din 11.12.2014 pronunţată de Judecătoria Râmnicu Vâlcea.
Obligă pe apelantul inculpat la 300 lei cu titlu de cheltuieli judiciare avansate de stat.
Onorariul parţial al apărătorului din oficiu, în sumă de 100 lei, se va avansa din fondurile Ministerului Justiţiei.
Pronunţată în şedinţă publică astăzi, 02 martie 2015, la Curtea de Apel Piteşti - secţia penală şi pentru cauze cu minori şi de familie.
