Admite excep?ia prescrip?iei dreptului la ac?iune pentru perioada anterioara datei de 04.03.2012 şi, în consecinţă, respinge această cerere.
Respinge exceptia autoritatii de lucru judecat.
Admite ac?iunea formulata de U****** S*********** L***** D** Î*********** P************* I***. Obliga paratul sa plătească reclamantilor dobânda legala aferenta drepturilor băne?ti conform sent. civ. nr. 1311/2011 pronuntata de Tribunalul Ia?i in dos. nr. 4634/99/2011, incepand cu data de 04.03.2012 si pana la data platii efective.
Respinge actiunea formulata de U****** S*********** L***** D** Î*********** P************* I*** in numele si pentru reclamanta CIUDIN MIRELA in contradictoriu cu paratul COLEGIUL NAŢIONAL EMIL RACOVIŢĂ IAŞI.
Cu drept de apel in termen de 10 zile de la comunicare, ce se va depune la Tribunalul Iasi.
