Admite în parte apelul declarat de reclamanţii B******* C******* Ş*** şi de pârâtul Parchetul de pe lângă Curtea de Apel Alba-Iulia împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 5725 din 15.10.2014, pronunţată de Tribunalul Cluj în dosarul nr. 1708/117/2014, pe care o schimbă în parte în sensul că obligă pârâţii la plata în favoarea reclamanţilor a daunelor moratorii sub forma dobânzii legale potrivit O.G. nr. 9/2000 şi sub forma dobânzii legale penalizatoare potrivit O.G. nr. 9/2000, calculate la sumele reprezentând creanţele cuvenite fiecărui reclamant cuprinse în titlurile executorii, începând cu data de 25.03.2011.
Păstrează restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei atacate.
Respinge ca nefondate apelurile declarate de pârâţii MP – Parchetul de pe lângă ÎCCJ – DNA, MP – Parchetul de pe lângă ÎCCJ, MP – Parchetul de pe lângă ÎCCJ – DIICOT, împotriva aceleiaşi sentinţe.
Definitivă.
