Admite acţiunea.
Obligă pârâta la plata către reclamanţi a dobânzii legale aferente drepturilor băneşti cuvenite conform sentinţei civile nr. 1041/24.11.2008 pronunţată de Tribunalul Vâlcea în dosar nr. 1940/90/2008, începând cu data emiterii titlului executoriu până la data plăţii efective pentru fiecare reclamant.
Cu drept numai de apel în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare.
În cazul exercitării căii de atac, cererea se va depune la Tribunalul Vâlcea.
