Respinge cererea
Admite exceptia lipsei dovezii calitatii de reprezentant a Sindicatului Sanitas din Spitalul Clinic de Urgenta Bagdasar-Arseni pentru membrii de sindicat DOGARU MARIA, DOROBANTU MARICICA, ENASCU ELENA, GRAMON MARIANA, TUDOR CORNELIA, VASILESCU GEORGE, CAZAN IONEL, CSERGO MIHAELA, DINCA MARIA MIHAELA, IONICA MARIANA, RADU PAULA LILIANA, SANTIONEANU ALEXANDRA, STAN LILIANA, TOMA CATELA, IONESCU MIHAELA, PASCU SILICA, PAUN FLORENTINA, POPESCU MARIEA, STEFAN SORINA ANA MARIA, VUTA ANDREEA, PANOIU CRISTINA IULIANA si respinge actiunea fata de acestia pentru lipsa dovezii calitatii de reprezentant a Sindicatului Sanitas din Spitalul Clinic de Urgenta Bagdasar-Arseni.
Respinge cererea ca neintemeiata.
Cu apel in 10 zile de la comunicare, care se va depune la Tribunalul Bucuresti – Sectia a VIII-a.
