Admite apelul declarat de pârâtul Ministerul Justiţiei. Schimbă în parte sentinţa, în sensul că plata dobânzii legale se acordă începând cu data de 15.05.2011 şi obligă pe acelaşi pârât saă vireze fondurile necesare plăţii drepturilor salariale în favoarea reclamanţilor. Menţine în rest sentinţa apelată. Respinge ca nefondat apelul declarat de pârâtul Tribunalul Călăraşi. Definitivă. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică.
