Admite recursul declarat.
Modifică în tot hotărârea recurată, în sensul că admite contestaţia împotriva adunării creditorilor din data de 11.06.2014.
Anulează deciziile luate prin hotărârea Adunării creditorilor (primele două puncte) privind vânzarea terenului şi procedura de vânzare prin licitaţie.
Admite contestaţia (punctul 3) la decizia Comitetului creditorilor din 28.05.2014 şi dispune anularea deciziei Comitetului Creditorilor din data de 28.05.2014 cu privire la aprobarea vânzării imobilului, proprietatea debitoarei, respectiv punctul 1 din decizia mai sus menţionată.
