Dispune îndreptarea erorii materiale, din oficiu, strecurate în dispozitivul sentinţei civile nr.1009 din 30.09.2015, pronunţată de Tribunalul Buzău în dosarul nr.2113/114/2015, în sensul că perioada pentru care se respinge acţiunea ca neîntemeiată este 19.05.2012 – 01.12.2012.
Îndreptarea se dispune în ambele exemplare ale hotărârii.
Prezenta face parte integrantă din sentinţa civilă nr.1009 din 30.09.2015, a Tribunalului Buzău.
