Schimbat în parte
Admite apelul declarat de apelanta CANSANTICO TRADE LTD. Schimbă în parte sentinţa civilă nr. 2754/19.03.2015 pronunţată de Tribunalul Bucureşti Secţia a VII-a Civilă în dosarul nr. 25002/3/2013/a18 în sensul că: Admite contestaţia formulată de Cansantico Trade LTD. Anulează decizia creditoarei SC ATAI SRL publicată în BPI nr. 1892/30.01.2015. Înlătură dispoziţiile judecătorului sindic privitoare la exercitarea atribuţiilor de lichidator de SIERRA QUADRANT SPRL împreună cu ZRP INSOLVENCY SPRL. Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei atacate. Respinge ca nefondat apelul declarat de apelanta ATAI SRL. Definitivă. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică azi, 11.11.2015.

Amână cauza
Pentru a da posibilitatea apelantelor să ia cunoştinţă de motivele de apel comunicate astăzi, în şedinţă publică, pune în vedere acestora ca în termen de 10 zile să depună la dosar întâmpinările şi să asigure comunicarea acestora către intimate.
