Admitere recurs
Admite recursul formulat de DGRFP BRAŞOV-AJFP HARGHITA, împotriva Sentinţei nr.3230/15 decembrie 2014,pronunţată de Tribunalul Harghita, în dosarul nr.2546/96/2010/a8. Modifică, în tot, hotărârea atacată, în sensul că admite excepţia lipsei calităţii porocesuale active a administratorului special Marschal Csaba, invocată de administratorul judiciar LEX FORI PURL, şi-n consecinţă respinge contestaţia formulată de contestatorul Marschal Csaba, împotriva procesului verbal întocmit de administratorul judiciar LEX FORI IPURL, cu ocazia adunării creditorilor debitoarei SC CO-MOD SRL din data de 20 octombrie 2014. Irevocabilkă. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 12 mai 2015.
