Modifică sentinţa
Prin decizia civilă nr. 781 din 21.12.2015 - Admite recursul formulat de creditoarea KARPI EXPERT SRL prin ASSET PORTFOLIO SERVICING ROMÂNIA SRL împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 1146/2015 din 17 iunie 2015, pronunţată de Tribunalul Iaşi, Secţia II civilă-faliment, hotărâre pe care o modifică în parte, în sensul că:
Respinge contestaţia formulată de creditoarea DGRFP - Administraţia Judeţeană a Finanţelor Publice Iaşi împotriva raportului nr. 18944 din 15.12.2014 şi a planului de distribuire a fondurilor obţinute din lichidarea averii debitoarei SC ITELS SA. Menţine celelalte dispoziţii din sentinţă, care nu contravin prezentei decizii. Irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică azi, 21 decembrie 2015.
