Admite apelurile. Schimbă în parte sentinţa în sensul că admite şi acţiunea formulată de reclamanţii Ioniţa Filofteia, Jugănaru Elena şi Ilinca Violeta şi în totalitate acţiunea formulată de reclamantul Ilinca Alexandru. Constată că reclamanţii apelanţi beneficiază de grupa a II-a de muncă, în procent de 75%, conform expertizei Bălăceanu Valeriu, astfel: Ioniţă Filofteia pentru perioadele 14.01.1971-15.09.1978, 20.12.1982-01.06.1994; Jugănaru Elena pentru perioada 18.03.1969-1.03.1995; Ilinca Violeta pentru perioada 22.01.1986-01.04.2001 şi Ilinca Alexandru, pentru perioada 01.10.1985-14.02.1994. Menţine în rest dispoziţiile sentinţei. Definitivă.
