Amână cauza
Amână judecarea cauzei la 22 martie 2016, pentru când părţile au termen în cunoştinţă potrivit dispoziţiilor art.229 alin.1 Cod procedură civilă.
Se emite adresă către apelanţii-reclamanţi, reprezentaţi de Uniunea Sindicatelor Învăţământ Vâlcea, pentru a preciza dacă, faţă de susţinerea potrivit căreia este încălcat articolul 53 din Constituţia României prin noile dispoziţii de salarizare, înţeleg să invoce excepţia de neconstituţionalitate, iar în caz afirmativ să precizeze, în scris, textul legal declarat neconstituţional şi ce anume text de lege din constituţie a fost încălcat.
Pune în vedere acestora să depună precizarea motivată în exemplare necesare pentru instanţă şi pentru comunicare către intimaţi pentru a le solicita puncte de vedere.
Pronunţată în şedinţă publică, astăzi 26 ianuarie 2016, la Curtea de Apel Piteşti – Secţia I Civilă.
