Admite in parte cererea
Admite excepţia prescripţiei dreptului la acţiune în ceea ce priveşte drepturile băneşti aferente perioadei anterioare datei de 05.05.2012
Respinge cererea formulată de U****** S*********** L***** D** Î*********** P************* I***, în contradictoriu cu pârâta Şcoala Gimnazială nr.1 Todireşti având ca obiect obligarea pârâtei la plata drepturilor băneşti aferente perioadei anterioare datei de 05.05.2012 întrucât a intervenit prescripţia dreptului la acţiune.
Admite în parte acţiunea formulată de U****** S*********** L***** D** Î*********** P************* I***, în numele şi pentru reclamanţii menţionaţi în contradictoriu cu pârâta Şcoala Gimnazială nr.1 Todireşti
Obligă pârâta să plătească reclamanţilor dobânda legală aferentă drepturilor băneşti cuvenite potrivit sentinţei civile nr. 2512/22.11.2011 pronunţată de Tribunalul Iaşi în dosarul nr. 5390/99/2011, calculată începând cu data de 05.05.2012 şi până la data plăţii efective.
Cu drept de apel, ce se va depune la Tribunalul Iaşi, in termen de 10 zile de la comunicare.
