Admite in parte cererea
Admite excepţia prescripţiei dreptului material la acţine cu privire la dobânzile legale solicitate, scadente anterior datei de 1 octombrie 2011, invocată din oficiu.
Respinge cererea cu privire la dobânzile legale solicitate, scadente anterior datei de 1 octombrie 2011, ca prescrisă.
Admite, în parte, cererea.
Obligă pârâta la plata către reclamanţi a dobânzii legale aferente drepturilor băneşti cuvenite acestora conform Sentinţei civile nr. 575 din 23 iunie 2010 pronunţate de Tribunalul Vâlcea în dosarul nr. 4284/90/2009, începând cu data de 1 octombrie 2011 şi până la data plăţii efective.
Cu drept de apel în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare, care se depune la Tribunalul Vâlcea.
