Schimbat total sau în parte

Admite apelul reclamanţilor şi-l respinge pe cel al pârâtei. Modifică, în parte, sentinţa în sensul că, din data de 01 februarie 2013, valoarea salariilor de bază, pe clase de salarizare, se va stabili prin creştere, de la valoarea clasei I de salarizare egală cu salariul de bază minim brut pe ţară garantat în plată stabilit prin hotărâre de guvern, conform proporţiei negociate prin anexa nr.1 la C.C.M. pe unitate, pentru perioada de valabilitate a acestuia. Menţine, în rest, sentinţa. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică astăzi, 26 mai 2015.
