Inadmisibil
Admite excepţia inadmisibilităţii cererii de recurs.
Respinge ca inadmisibil recursul declarat de recurentul Ministerul Finanţelor Publice, în nume propriu şi în numele şi pentru Direcţia Generală Regională a Finanţelor Publice Braşov împotriva deciziei nr. 25/A/28.01.2015, pronunţate de Tribunalul Covasna în dosarul civil nr. 3663/305/2013.
Obligă recurentul Ministerul Finanţelor Publice să plătească intimaţilor reprezentanţi în recurs de avocat Olariu Todor suma de 2460 lei, cu titlu de cheltuieli de judecată
Definitivă.
