Modifică sentinţa
Admite recursul declarat de reclamanţii P***** V***** S******** şi P***** S******* împotriva încheierii civile din 13.01.2015 dosar nr. 3757/235/2012 al Judecătoriei Gherla, pe care o modifică în întregime, în sensul că admite cererea privind întreptarea erorii materiale strecurate în s.c. 989/2014 a Jud. Gherla pronunţată în d.c. 3757/235/2012 şi în consecinţă:
- dispune înscrierea în CF a dreptului de proprietate dobândit de reclamanţi asupra imobilului cu nr. top. nou 2144/2, 2146/2 şi 2147/2, în suprafaţă de 2800 mp.
Decizia este irevocabilă.
Dată şi pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 26.05.2015.
