Admis fond în parte

Admite excepţia prescripţiei dreptului material la acţiune pentru drepturile aferente perioadei 15.03.2010-04.01.2012. Admite în parte acţiunea. Obliga pârâta la plata dobânzii legale penalizatoare calculate pentru sumele datorate in baza titlului executoriu : sentinţa civilă nr. 205/15.03.2010, calculată începând cu data de 05.01.2012 şi până la data plăţii efective. Cu drept de apel în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare. Cererea privind exercitarea căii de atac se depune la Tribunalul Vâlcea. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică astăzi, 16.10.2015.
