În baza disp. art.284 alin.5 Cod procedură penală anulează amenda judiciară în cuantum de 1.000 lei aplicată prin încheierea penală din 19 ianuarie 2015 de Curtea de Apel Alba-Iulia, Secţia Penală şi pentru cauze cu Minori în dosar nr.4325/97/2010.
