Decizia 1432 - Admite recursul declarat de pârâta D******* D* S******* P****** G*****. Casează în parte sentinţa atacată în sensul că admite excepţia prescrierii dreptului material la acţiune pentru perioada anterioară datei de 24.07.2011. Constată prescrisă acţiunea pentru perioada anterioară datei de 24.07.2011,, pârâtul urmând a fi obligat la plata sumelor calculate de la data de 24.07.2011 şi până la data plăţii integrale. Menţine celalalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei şi înlătură dispoziţiile contrare prezentei decizii. Respinge ca nefondat recursul declarat de Ministerul Sănătăţii.
