În deliberare, constatând că prin Încheierea nr. 175/CC/24.06.2015 a Tribunalului Iaşi s-a dispus înlocuirea administratorului judiciar al debitorului - A**** J******* I**** - cu practicianul în insolvenţă Eurobusiness LRJ SPRL, Sucursala Iaşi, propus de către apelanţi, Curtea repune cauza pe rol pentru a se pune în discuţia părţilor excepţia lipsei de interes în promovarea apelului.
