Respinge recursurile formulate de către recurentele Societatea de Distribuţie şi Furnizare a Energiei Electrice –„Electrica” SA Bucureşti si CN de Transport al Energiei Electrice „ Transelectrica” SA împotriva încheierii nr. 625//MAS/03 aprilie 2015 pronunţată de Tribunalul Braşov în dosar nr.6399/62/2007, pe care o menţine.
