Admite cererea
Respinge acţiunea formulată de reclamanţii Dinu Gheorghe, Ghica Dumitru, Buboia Nicolae, Iordănescu Dumitru,Chioveanu Gheorghe, Briceag Nicolae, ca neîntemeiată. Admite acţiunea formulată de reclamanţi, cu excepţia celor mai sus menţionaţi. Constată că reclamanţii beneficiază de grupa a II-a de muncă în procent de 75%-100% , după caz, pentru activitatea desfăşurată în cadrul unităţii pârâte, în perioadele expres menţionate în cuprinsul raportului de expertiză Anton Carmen, parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre. Obligă pârâta să elibereze reclamanţilor adeverinţe în acest sens. Ia act că nu se solicită cheltuieli de judecată.
