Respinge cererea de recurs
Respinge recursul declarat de COMISIA LOCALA DE FOND FUNCIAR FRATA împotriva Sentinţei civile nr. 879 din 16.04.2015 în dossa5r nr. 7246/328/2009 a Judecătoriei Turda, pe care o menţine în totul.
