Dispune rejudecarea
Admite recursurile declarate de AJFP BN şi BRD GSG SA împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 1548 din 11.11.2014 pronunţată în dosar nr. 7321/112/2010/a2 al Tribunalului BN, pe care o casează şi dispune trimiterea cauzei spre rejudecare aceleiaşi instanţe în vederea deschiderii procedurii falimentului debitoarei SC PP SRL. Decizia este irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 26.03.2015.
