Lămureşte dispozitivul Deciziei civile nr.676/14.12.2015 pronunţată de Curtea de Apel Constanţa în dosar nr.8146/118/2013 în sensul că prin Decizia civilă nr.676/14.12.2015 se dispune desemnarea SC Oil Depol Servicie SRL în vederea îndeplinirii obligaţiilor de ecologizare a activului industrial al debitoarei cu următoarele costuri:3573 Euro, exclusiv TVA, preţ servicii pentru limitarea poluării şi 17250 Euro, exclusiv TVA pentru curăţare, decontaminare şi transport.
Definitivă.

Dispune suportarea acestor cheltuieli din fondul de lichidare constituit conform art.4 alin.6 din Legea 85/2006.
Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale încheierii apelate.
