Decizia nr.152 din 8 aprilie 2015 . Admite apelul.Schimbă sentinţa în sensul că respinge contestaţia la executare în contradictoriu cu intimata SC EOS KSI ROMÂNIA SA , B** Ş***** S**** , BCR SA şi înlătură menţiunea referitoare la anularea formelor de executare în dosarul nr. 6481/E/2014 ale B** Ş***** S****.Respinge excepţia inopozabilităţii faţă de contestatori a contractului de cesiune.Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei civile.Obligă intimaţii contestatori la 500 lei cheltuieli de judecată în apel.DEfinitivă.
