În temeiul art. 11 lit.e) raportat la art.22 alin.2 din Legea nr. 85/2006 înlocuieşte administratorul judiciar Art Insolv SPRL, începând cu data de 29.04.2015, cu administratorul judiciar Anteus Expert SPRL.
Dispune achitarea onorariului administratorului judiciar Art Insolv SPRL, cu sediul social în Câmpulung, Şoseaua Naţională, nr. 179, jud. Argeş, în sumă de 6000 lei.
Dispune comunicarea numirii noului lichidator judiciar.
Cu recurs în 7 zile de la comunicare la Curtea de Apel Piteşti.
Recursul se depune la Tribunalul Specializat Argeş.
