Admite recursul. Casează sentinţa recurată şi în rejudecare admite cererea de completare a dispozitivului. Dispune completarea dispozitivului sentinţei civile nr. 4513/07.07.2016 în sensul că admite cererea pârâtei de acordare a cheltuielilor de judecată. Dispune obligarea chematei în garanţie la plata sumei de 200 lei cheltuieli de judecată către pârâtă, cu aplicarea art. 451 alin. 2 cod proc. civilă. Obligă intimata chemată în garanţie să plătească recurentei suma de 200 lei cheltuieli de judecată în recurs. Definitivă. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică.
