Admite ca fondate recursurile civile declarat de pârâţii reclamanţi reconvenţionali Crăciunescu Petru, Crăciunescu Silvia, Uiheli Francisc, Uiheli Estera şi Şelariu Mihai împotriva sentinţei civile nr.957/16.12.2016 pronunţată de Judecătoria Haţeg, judeţul Hunedoara, pe care o casează cu trimitere spre rejudecare aceleiaşi instanţe de fond.
