Trimitere cu rejudecare
Admite recursul declarat de lichidatorul judiciar al debitoarei C. S.R.L. - M. I. SPRL împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 382 din 10.02.2016 pronunţată în dosarul nr. 1374/1285/2010/a15 al Tribunalului Specializat Cluj pe care o casează în tot, în sensul că: dispune trimiterea cauzei spre rejudecare aceleiaşi instanţe. Decizia este irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 8 noiembrie 2016.
