Menţine hotărârea atacata
Respinge recursurile declarate de pârâţii municipiul Braşov şi DGFP Braşov pentru Statul Român prin Ministerul Finanţelor împotriva deciziei civile nr. 1077/Ap/09.10.2015 pronunţate de Tribunalul Braşov - secţia I civilă, pe care o menţine.
Obligă recurenţii să plătească intimaţilor reclamanţi Lovin Sonica, Lovin Florin, Tuzson Maria, Tuzson Iosif, Dumitrache Calita, Marinescu Camelia, Dumitrache Laurenţiu, şi Ioniţoae Luminiţa suma de 3600 lei cheltuieli de judecată în recurs.
