Admite cererea creditoarei Direcţia Generală Regională a Finanţelor Publice Timişoara, prin Administraţia Judeţeană a Finanţelor Publice Hunedoara, şi în consecinţă,
Dispune anularea parţială a hotărârii creditorilor debitoarei S* V***** P********* S**, consemnată în procesul-verbal din 23.05.2016, întocmit de lichidatorul judiciar SCP Tudor şi Asociaţii SPRL, în ceea ce priveşte punctul 3 de pe ordinea de zi, respectiv aprobarea ofertei de cumpărare a imobilului Punct Termic Dezafectat şi valorificarea acestuia.
Obligă administratorul să procedeze la o nouă convocare cu această ordine de zi, cu respectarea dispoziţiilor art.53 din Legea 85/2006 şi art.253 coroborat cu art.252 ind.1 al.4 şi art.252 al.8 C.pr.penală
