Admite apelul declarat de pârâtul/chematul în garanţie CONSILIUL JUDEŢEAN MUREŞ, prin reprezentant legal, împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 916 din 22.09.2016, pronunţată de Tribunalul Mureş.
Schimbă în parte sentinţa atacată, în sensul că respinge acţiunea civilă formulată de reclamantul Sindicatul ACORD Târgu Mureş, (în numele şi pe seama membrilor de sindicat) în contradictoriu cu pârâţii Direcţia Generală de Asistenţă Socială şi Protecţia Copilului Mureş şi Consiliul Judeţean Mures.
Respinge cererea de chemare în garanţie formulată de pârâta D.G.A.S.P.C. Mureş în contradictoriu cu chematul în garanţie Consiliul Judeţean Mureş.
Menţine dispoziţia privind respingerea excepţiei lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive a pârâtului Consiliul Judeţean Mureş.
