Modifică sentinţa
Admite recursurile declarate de MAI şi IPJ Cluj împotriva sentinţei civile nr.3347 din 27.10.2015 pronunţată în dosarul nr. 2066/117/2015 al Tribunalului CJ pe care o casează în tot şi, rejudecând cauza, admite excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive a pârâtului MAI şi în consecinţă respinge cererea reclamanţilor în contradictoriu cu acest pârât. Respinge cererea formulată de reclamanţi în contradictoriu cu pârâtul IPJ Cluj, ca nefondată. Decizia este definitivă. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 16.06.2016
