Declină soluţionarea cauzei
Admite excepţia necompetenţei teritoriale.
Declină în favoarea Tribunalului Sibiu – Secţia I civilă , completul specializat în soluţionarea litigiilor de muncă, acţiunea introdusă de reclamant Sindicatul Liber Romgaz Mediaş ( cu datele de identificare) in numele şi pentru membrii de sindicat cuprinşi în tabelele anexă la cerere, ataşate la filele 17– 32 dosar, în contradictoriu cu pârâta Societatea Naţională de Gaze Naturale Romgaz SA ( cu datele de identificare).
