Respins fond
Admite excepţia autorităţii de lucru judecat faţă de sentinţa civilă nr.332/17.02.2012 şi respinge cererea cu privire la plata dobânzii legale aferente drepturilor băneşti cuvenite conform acestei sentinţe, ca fiind intervenită autoritatea de lucru judecat.
Cu drept de apel în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare. Cererea privind exercitarea căii de atac se depune la Tribunalul Vâlcea.
