Respinge recursul declarat de recurentele-pârâte DIRECŢIA GENERALĂ REGIONALĂ A FINANŢELOR PUBLICE TIMIŞOARA-ADMINISTRAŢIA JUDEŢEANĂ A FINANŢELOR PUBLICE ARAD, în contradictoriu cu intimatul-reclamant T**** M*****, împotriva Sentinţei civile nr. 1207 din data de 24.11.2015 pronunţată de Tribunalul Arad în dosar nr. 2531/108/2015. Obligă recurentele pârâte să plătească intimatului reclamant suma de 650 de lei cheltuieli de judecată. Definitivă. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 10.06.2016.
