Amână pronunţarea
Admite cererea de sesizare a Curţii Constituţionale. Dispune sesizarea CCR cu soluţionarea excepţiei de neconstituţionalitate a dispoziţiilor art. 5 alin. 1 pct. 23 din Legea nr. 85/2014 şi a excepţiei de neconstituţionalitate a dispoziţiilor art. 48 alin. 7 din Legea nr. 85/2014. Amână pronunţarea în cauză, în ceea ce priveşte cererea de apel, la data de 04.10.2016.
