respinge cererea
Respinge contestaţia privind durata procesului penal, formulată de contestatorul S***** N******, în prezent deţinut în Penitenciarul Aiud.
În baza art. 275 alin. 3 Cod procedură penală cheltuielile judiciare avansate de stat rămân în sarcina acestuia, iar suma de 130 lei reprezentând onorariul apărătorului desemnat din oficiu, va fi avansată în contul Baroului Alba, din fondurile Ministerului Justiţiei.
